Can one person use several telephone numbers?¶

Yes. Work, personal, travel, privacy, temporary, eSIM and VoIP services can give one person several numbers used simultaneously or in sequence. Finding one number does not define their complete communications activity.

Preserve each identity independently¶

For every number, record international format, service and provider, date range, subscriber, account, SIM, device and linked applications. Note where it was found; a contact entry or recovery field does not prove control.

Build a timeline of activation and relevant events. One number may appear in telecom records, another in a messaging account and another only on a device.

Explain the links¶

Common devices, recovery details, payments, login events, locations, contacts and cross-references can support common control. Innocent overlap arises through households, colleagues and shared equipment, so no single feature should carry the conclusion.

Report that numbers are linked and show why before saying the same person used them.
