What are linked or trusted devices?¶

They are devices or sessions an account recognises as authorised to receive data, security prompts or streamlined access.

The list maps the account environment¶

Phones, computers, watches, browsers and vehicles may appear with model, name, activity or link dates. They can explain synchronised content and alternative origins for account activity.

Trust records need corroboration¶

Names may be user-chosen or duplicated, and old, lost or sold devices can remain listed. Compare provider records with physical identifiers, logins, network records and possession. Do not revoke a trusted device informally because that changes security state and may alert users.

The mobile-account provider may hold the underlying device-link and security records.
