Does mobile browser history prove who visited a website?¶

No. It records browser or web-view activity associated with a device or account, not automatically the person or reason.

Pages can load through several mechanisms¶

Typed navigation, app links, adverts, redirects, notifications, background loading and synchronisation can create entries. Record browser, URL, title, time, account, foreground state and related downloads or searches.

Attribute deliberate interaction¶

Use possession, unlock and screen-use records, surrounding activity, messages and provider or network evidence. Private mode may reduce local history while other systems retain traces.
