Can screen-time or usage records show which apps were used?¶

Yes. They may show which apps were active and for how long, but not the precise action performed inside them.

Totals can obscure sessions¶

Daily figures may aggregate many brief periods. Foreground display does not guarantee meaningful interaction; background work may be counted differently. Records can be grouped, reset or retained only recently.

Correlate the relevant window¶

Align app activity with unlocks, messages, calls, location and provider events, and distinguish notification launch from background or direct opening. A high total is not a complete audit trail and remains device - not person - evidence.
