Request the native chain linking buyer, seller, listing, order, communication, customer payment and seller payout.

Cover account, transaction and fulfilment¶

Account data can include stable IDs, creation, contacts, login, endpoint, IP-related, security and change history for buyer and seller. Order records should include listing, checkout, payment IDs, messages, delivery or digital use, cancellations, disputes and refunds.

Payout data needs destination bank, wallet or service, dates, amounts, fees, holds and allocation where several sellers or items exist. Processor or facilitator records may add tokens and transaction events.

Preserve stable mappings¶

Supply date range and question and retain all user, listing, order, transaction and payout references. Ask whether accounts were renamed, transferred, compromised or restricted.

Report platform and displayed seller separately from account operator and final payout recipient.
