Can one person operate several websites?¶
Yes. One person can register, administer or operate many websites, but the connection must be proved through distinctive, corroborated evidence.
Shared appearance or a common IP address may be weak because templates, shared hosting, cloud platforms and CDNs are widely used.

A developer may manage unrelated client sites. A marketing agency may reuse analytics accounts. A reseller may register domains for several customers. An account may also be compromised.
